Cynthia DeJoris brings 27 years of experience in
the optical industry to Community Eye Optical.
She became an ABO certified optician in 1981 in
Lansing, Michigan, and was an active member of
the Michigan Opticians Association.
Cynthia worked at a large opthalmologic
practice for several years as a licensed optician
before managing offices for Pearl Vision Centers.
In 1991 she became a sales representative for
ophthalmic frames, and for over 13 years was
selling designer lines such as Armani, Gucci and
Vera Wang.
She moved to Punta Gorda in 2004 and started
at Community Eye Center in May of that year as
the contact lens consultant before transferring
into the optical department.
Cynthia is currently licensed with the State of
Florida as an Apprentice Optician.
