If you have any difficulty adjusting to your progressive multifocal lenses, you may
return them within 30 days and we will exchange your lenses for lined multifocals.

To maintain the comfort and fit of your eyeglasses, we provide you with free
cleaning and adjustments for as long as you own your glasses.
One-Year Accidental Breakage Protection
Should your frames or lenses break or scratch during the first year of your original
purchase, we'll exchange them for a portion of the original price. If identical frames
are no longer in stock, we will find a suitable alternative of equal value. This is a
one-time, one-year protection plan.
