For the second year, CEC employee Peggy Helmers has organized a Breast Cancer Awareness Tea.
The purpose of this event is to spread the message to all women to have yearly mammograms,
which is the single most effective tool to find breast cancer early. There was a speaker from the
American Cancer Society.
The event was held at The First Christian Church (Now the New Day Christian Church)

May 10th Participants were served small sandwiches, a desert & tea, coffee or lemonade.
